Joe Oliver was kept tied and gagged in a gimp suit in the basement at
Conservative Party headquarters for the whole election, which was
doubly strange since the Conservatives were running on their economic
record and he was the Finance Minister.
He was beaten by his Liberal challenger tonight.
He disappeared from the Canadian political scene months ago.
